For some reason, far too many people got it in their heads that I'm the "go-to" guy for Invdrag quesions, comments, and so on.
I'm not. The number of PMs I get regularly from an I-quit-counting number of people has grown tiring. The problem was that I was responding for a long time. The solution was to stop responding to anything even remotely related to it.
So regardless of who you are, my days of being the answer guy about this thing are over. I've provided all the info I will provide. If I choose to provide more, it will be on the wiki page for it.
These are my "official" responses to the most common things PMed me:
1. Are they both dead?
This wonderful question gets asked at all times of the day, and is by far the primary one asked.
My answer: I don't know.
There's a delusion in this question that I somehow know this. I have woken up to 5-6 people PMing me asking me this, so even in my sleep I'm somehow aware.
I wish.
Reality check: That whining about having to go hunt "only to find dead ones" and such is the EXACT same thing I have to do when I hunt. It's not something special or unique to you.
The difference is I eventually find one or more that's alive because I don't just give up because of that. A dead one? Hmmm, what info can I gather from that, and improve later hunts? Nothing? Oh, there's a second one, I'll go look for it.
I do on very rare chance end up knowing that both are dead? That's the best info. However, it's an incredibly rare time that I actually know that for certain.
The point is: By asking me this, you're expecting to gain knowledge based on my work. My time, my effort, my resources. Instead of looking yourself.
That's just lazy, and I've tired of the lazy acting like I'm some partner. If you want the answer to this, go look for yourself. Chances are that I have no idea anyway.
2. You're hunting, so I'll give up.
I'm not responsible for your gameplay. I have no special knowledge, and my chances of finding one alive are just as equal as yours.
If you give up just because I'm looking, that's fucking sad on your part. And I don't want to know, nor do I care. That's your problem, you give up too easily.
People who do this are a big reason why I do end up finding so many, I don't give up that easily.
3. What maps have you found them on?
Various maps. Limiting yourself to known maps (ones posted in channel 6 or such) is going to make it all that more difficult for you.
I'm not the only regular hunter, there are several others. And guess exactly which maps I always see them on?
Chances are because I didn't focus on just those maps that I now know more maps than others. That's my advantage, out of sheer determination. Still I highly doubt I know every map it'll appear on.
Make it your advantage by hunting yourself.
My hunting means nothing to you. I can find one every hour some days, others I can go 4-5 hours without spotting a single one, dead or alive. Welcome to the nature of randomness, and I'm not in the game to help you with something that's just as much a problem for me as it is you.
Go hunt for yourself. From now on I'm giving the same help that I get... none.
And I'm perfectly fine with that.
My life in Eternal Lands, thoughts, tips and tutorials, whatever is on my game mind...

Different Settings for Different Alts
Note: These are instructions for Linux. You should be able to do similar on your system though.
Since the rule 5 removal, and more people setting up alts, the question of how to have different settings for different characters' EL windows has come up more often.
While different characters have separate counters and such, all open client windows use the same settings file.
However, you may not want that for all your characters. You might want one larger window for your main character, and smaller windows with lower FPS or such for background harvesters.
There's a simple little trick you can do to allow this.
1- Adjust your servers.lst file
main main game.eternal-lands.com 2000 Main game server
main2 main2 game.eternal-lands.com 2000 Alternate Main
official official game.eternal-lands.com 2000 Main game serverpk pk game.eternal-lands.com 2002 PK game server
test test game.eternal-lands.com 2001 Test server
lrnr-main main proxy1.other-life.com 443 Learner's redirection service for the Main game server
Open your servers.lst file. It is in your game data directory ( /usr/share/games/elc/ for example).
In it, you'll see lines like the above. Except... the alt1 row.
Add a line like that to your servers.lst file. You'll note that it points to the exact same server and port as "main".
(You can name it whatever you like, not just "main2". Substitute main2 with whatever you name it in further instructions.)
SAVE IT IN YOUR ~/.elc DIRECTORY.
By saving it there, you don't need to be root... and as well, if you re-install or there's a client update, it won't get overwritten.
Save it directly in ~/.elc, not in any of its subfolders like main.
2- Create a copy of files from ~/.elc/main/ to ~/.elc/main2/ (optional)
You'll want to do this if you've already been playing alts and want to keep your stats for them.
In your ~/.elc/ folder, there's a "main" directory.
Look in the main directory.
a. Copy all files where the name of your alt(s) are part of the file, to a second directory at ~/.elc/main2/ .
b. Copy the "maps" folder over to main2 as well (these are your mapmarkers).
c. Copy the elc.cfg and elc.ini files.
3- Logging in your alt(s)
Log in your main character as usual. Ex:
/usr/bin/el.x86_64.linux.bin
However, any alts you wish to have a different setting for should be logged in with:
/usr/bin/el.x86_64.linux.bin main2
Adding that "main2" afterwards will make it use the ~/.elc/main2/ folder instead of /main/, thus allowing you to have different settings for any characters that are played using the main2 command.
You can set up icons on your desktop that directly call the main2 command or such, for simple usage. Or whatever is best for the desktop system you use.
Q: What if I want 3 characters to have 3 different window settings?
A: Repeat the above, using "main3" where "main2" is. And so on.
Sorry, I cannot help you if you're on Windows or Mac. The above should be doable, just the locations of your directories will be different.

Players Telling Me What I Can or Cannot Do
I can't believe this actually has to be said... Eternal Lands is a game. You play as you choose to play, the only limitations being those in the official game rules.
There are actually people out there who don't believe this.
The absolute worst cases have been those who are high on getting the global quest done every time.
I wrote back in January 2013 about why I gave up on the global. (See: My Lack of Interest in the Global Quest) That post is still relevant, though may be dated a little in what's required for the global. Even still I've seen no changes to that which would change my views about it.
But I posted several problems I had with it. Broken down there was:
What I'm writing about now, though, is that latter trend of certain players expecting or even demanding that others participate. Some getting all huffy and whiny about others who don't or won't.
Yeah, last I checked, participating in global wasn't obligatory, and just as I wrote in the above-linked post, I won't respond any better to those who try and force me into doing it than I do to the "use it or lose it" threat that tends to loom over every new thing that gets added.
I do not feel the global is worth bothering with in its current state.
I won't name names. Those who do that know who they are.
It's become more apparent of late, though. As I posted recently, I'm hitting goals and in the midst of changing my gods in a major way. One of those changes was taking the summoning god, as it and crafting have been ignored for far too long and I want to work on goals for those skills.
Working on summoning when already at level 62 by default means a lot of time on Arius Gypsum Mountain.
Oh yeah, the global ones end up there a lot as well, since gypsum was deemed the only harvestable that was worth being over-required in the global, both by itself and for potion mixing.
So since I started working on my summoning levels sitting up there mixing, I've come across more than a few asking if I'm harving for the global, if I wanna work with them to carry it to storage, and so on.
My answers:
No player has the right to tell another player what to do. If I wanted such game play, I'd be in a guild.
I definitely don't take kindly to such people. Zero tolerance for them, even. I don't play a game to be forced to do things. I do nothing that's not what *I* want to do. It's a game, not a job.
I have no qualms in ignoring and bot-banning players who do insist on this, though.Asking me is one thing, trying to force me to work on it is another. Once I've said no, that's my final answer.
My current goal for Summoning could require up to 2.2 million gypsum to harvest. Less of course depending on Summon days and access to other ings. Regardless, just like those 100+ summoners who sat there before me, I'll be up on the Arius mountain a lot in the coming months, so I expect to end up having more people end up on my ignore list. No, with my current goal in place I won't be harving for a global quest that I don't find worth doing. Pester your guildies, that's what guilds are for. I'm not in your guild.
You don't nor won't see me saying the global should be removed. As I posted before, I'm not the kind of person who asks for the removal of something just because I don't personally do it. I've stated my opinions on why I personally feel it's not worth it for my own game play, and those reasons aren't necessarily applicable to others.
But in the same way that I don't demand it be removed, I expect not to be demanded to participate. Just because it's important to you doesn't mean it is to others.

But I posted several problems I had with it. Broken down there was:
- The Rewards weren't useful enough for my game play.
- The Requirements were just wrong for something that's supposedly for "everyone" to do.
- The "Do It or Lose It" syndrome, that these days is being pushed on players by other players.
What I'm writing about now, though, is that latter trend of certain players expecting or even demanding that others participate. Some getting all huffy and whiny about others who don't or won't.

I do not feel the global is worth bothering with in its current state.
- The requirements need to be drastically reformed. As I explain in the above link.
- The worms... that part needs changing as well as those few who have become privy to a private list of them show some serious snideness when talking about them with those who aren't. (BTW, snide ones, I actually managed to get your list from someone many months ago. I've actually considered posting it just to force that to be changed solely to knock you off your high horses. I'm still considering it. I've never posted secrets here but I will if you keep that snooty shit up.)
- Only 1 of the 4 rewards is even kinda useful to me, and weighted against the other 3, I can live without it.
- Certain players trying to force it into being an obligation make me want to do it even less.
I won't name names. Those who do that know who they are.

- No, I'm not working on the global. I have my own goals to work on.
- No, I'm not helping with the hauling or harving of gypsum just because you are doing it.
- No, your attempts to push me to do it after I have said no will not influence me to help.
- Oops, I accidentally added you to my ignore list on purpose.

The Overpricers Are Trying to Kill Themselves
Not that I normally personally buy any of these specific things on market (though I do on rare occasion), but since the prices stabilised after the last bout of greed, a new wave of greed has been noticed on market... primarily in the iron, coal, and FE area.
Fortunately the "greed disease" hasn't heavily caught on yet, but there's a few who are trying it.
Now, there's been greed rounds in the past, but this one is taking things to a step of no return. A step that takes the greedy ones into battle with NPC prices, which don't change so it's a definite losing battle.
Let's take a look at what I'm talking about. The current stable prices of these three items are:
iron - 4gc
coal - 2.5gc
FE - 5gc
Not including food, that totals for bars to:
iron bar - 45.5gc
steel bar - 59.5gc
Right, what's the NPC price for these bars?
iron bar - 50gc
steel bar - 70gc
So at those prices for the ings, there's some leeway to make a profit, though not by much once you include mixing food and lost ings while mixing.
Why do these matter so much? Because the bars are hardly the endgame. Bars -> S2Es -> the holy hydro grail. These bars are just ings, just like the ings used to make them.
Upsetting the price of the lowest ings affects the price of these bars (which have an NPC sell price limit), in turn affecting the price of S2Es, in turn affecting the price of hydro bars (also have an NPC sell price limit).
So there's actually 2 NPC price limits involved with these three primary ings. The second those ing prices go above either NPC sell cost, the entire chain will get wiped out.
And that means that iron, coal, and FEs, currently methods many use to make gc by harving/mixing, will die off. Sure, some will still sell, but nowhere near how they do currently. Which means they'll lose their usefulness in gc making.
Having shown "the NPC factor" above, any harvester or FE-maker with a bit of common sense should easily grasp that hiking prices at this point is going to hurt their own business. If it's cheaper to just buy something from the NPC, that's what will happen. We see it already with things like spirit essences, health essences, and so on.
Iron and Steel Bars are the primary use of these 3 ingredients. It makes good business sense for the ing providers to keep the cost of those ings below what the NPC will sell the bars for.
But some don't quite grasp that. Names removed to protect the ignorant:
[----- @ 3]: selling 10k coal at 2,75ea , ... , 5k fes at 5,2ea
[------ @ 3]: selling 1.25k iron ore 4.8k pm me
[------- @ 3]: selling 10k iron 4.5 each
Those are just samples of recent ads seen on market. Other pricing by the greed patrol has been about the same.
Let's assume the iron hike is to 4.5gc, and use the coal/FE prices in the first ad.
That would make the bars (without food):
iron bar - 50.15gc
steel bar - 65.35gc
Those prices alone already killed the iron bar. 50.15gc for ings, add to that food cost, and you've made a grand case to just buy the iron bars from the NPC at 50gc.
Steel bars aren't far behind. Combined with food and ing loss during mixing, these prices are starting to make the case for just buying the bars directly from the NPC.
Simply put: If more people start buying bars from the NPC, less are buying iron, coal, and FEs from you.
Keep that in mind next time you think you're bright by overpricing basic ings. And yes, your name gets noticed when you show your greed so publicly. For every 1 person you've sold to, 3-4 have probably added you to a don't-buy-from list.
I know I have. I trust noone who so blatantly shows their greed, especially when it's to their own detriment in a case like this.

All Skills 60+ and Then Some
It's been a long time since last update. I've been off quite a bit, more so than on. Despite that, in those on periods, managed to get a lot done.
The Fools of April
Well, most figured out quite quickly that my last post "selling" my Burn character was an April Fool's joke.
A few didn't... one started talking on 6 about it before realizing it wasn't real. A couple of offers sent my way... responded to simply with "What day is it?"
And a lot of interest... almost 200 hits on this blog yesterday, very much over the normal amount I get on a new post.
Seriously... it came with mod powers. Certainly that would be allowed. :-D
Mission accomplished. ;-)
Tit Serp of Joker
So there was a contest along with new Joker locations. A Thermal Serp in a hyperbag under one of the new Joker locations.
When first announced, I went Joker hunting a while, but to no avail and eventually had to go to bed.
The next day I'd given up on it as my time was limited. I went on a pear hunt, and lo and behold, there was Joker on the same map. I traded him, then went on to finish the pear hunt.
After finding the pear, I went back to check and the bag was there.
Sold the weapon off of course, as I don't have a use for it. I do have use for the gc though, as seen below with the number of school days and such I've been using.
The Pears Continue to be Harvested
More recently, I've barely hunted for them, thus my name hasn't been seen much finding one. Real life has been more important and keeping me busy.
But they have been hunted when there's time. 60 pears have been found since my last update, bringing them up to 279 total.
Back to School
One of the main things I've been wasting my gc away on is school days. Not just the ones that randomly occur, but since last update I've bought stones to sponsor 5 days myself.
And of course, I used them quite a bit. First time included tailoring, but now that there's a tailoring day I will limit using school day for that. Until I reach my goals in Alch and Manu, those are the two skills I'll be focusing on for those days, and did.
The Levels Spring Forward
In no particular order, there's been quite a few since previous update...
Overall
Besides my school days, I've taken advantage of many other days, random or by others. Even Sun Tzu, though not often, I've done when I've had time.
It helped mostly with the overall level.
But attack and defense haven't gone dead. Normally when I've been on I've only had time to get my dailies done, so they've for the most part continued even when I didn't have time for anything else.
Which has led to a couple levels on both. Limiting images below to just the last level to avoid going too long...
Attack and Defense remain low priority, until I have gotten all my other skills that have gods to 100, at the very least. Which will be quite a long time.
The Alchemist in me continues to take advantage of the Alch goddess, and school days to push it even further. Moving slowly up, I've gotten to be the #3 alchemist in the game and have no intention of stopping that leveling anytime soon. The levels come incredibly slowly at this point though, especially since it's not the only skill I'm working on.
Not mercury? You gotta be kidding right? Correct... we're talking some serious expense to get a level here. Only half of which is coming via schools as I do need a motherload of essies for my magic leveling and as well need to earn gc to afford school use.
Mercury is just a waste. I know some still try to use it, but the cost factor is extreme and gives very little over what magic essies will do. Broken alembics, the lack of cinnabar on the market as people no longer harvest it as they used to back in the day, rising cost of ings for energy essies... all have led to mercury no longer being a good use of the school. Magic essies give less exp each, but ings are much easier to get hold of or even self-harvest.
God use continues... the other use of school days has been for manufacturing, a much more expensive task where the gc provides less experience than alchemy. I get 334 exp per magic essence, but only 208 per leather helm.
Nevertheless, I git 'er done. The several school days have led to several levels.
Not so bad... 8 more levels and I'll drop the manu god to focus on either crafting or summoning, haven't decided yet.
And yet the third god I have... magic. I've been pushing myself to do more random spells while sitting at storage, started with true sights but after lots of calculations determined Magic Immunity to be a better exp per gc option.
On Day of Magic though, exp per mana is a more favorable option despite the cost.
I use Mana Drain when I have the ability, which hasn't been much of late since as I said I haven't been on much. But sometimes when I can't be around I can still have the game on, and click off spells occasionally sitting at storage.
Two levels have occured...
At the point in the image, I chose to use the fast regen spot in Kusamura Jungle to speed along spell casting. Not optimal, but it was a busy time in EL and any good spawns for mana draining were taken.
There's been quite a few ranging days, and I've been taking heavy advantage of those, for quite a few levels. 7 levels to be more precise!
Not bad... and definitely not cheap, hehe.
This left me with an impulsive wanna-level-it problem... I'd been almost completely ignoring summoning. It was once my third-lowest skill, with both tailoring and ranging below it.
However, ranging has gone ahead full speed as seen above, and quite a bit of focus on tailoring in the past has gotten it even higher than ranging.
Summoning has in turn become my lowest skill. And at 58, I just couldn't bear for it to be my only skill under 60. It needed some attention.
So, I started taking advantage of Summon days when they came along.
And with that, I hit my "All skills 60+" goal! The only problem with that, is that it automatically creates a new goal... all skills 70+. Doh! That goal will mean 10 more summon levels, 8 more ranging levels, and 3 more tailoring levels.
Right, tailoring. It's been on the wayside for the moment, as my gc has been poured into ranging and school day stock and more.
But it did get one power-up, on our very first Tailoring day.
It'll likely not be leveled much in the coming months. Though I do plan to work on stock for a possible future tailoring day.
Engineering is no longer being worked on. As I said in my last update, I've dropped that god now that I'm 100+.
However, that doesn't mean I won't take advantage of Eng days when they come along, and I happen to have the ings for it. Particularly Treasure Finder ings. I had enough to "almost" get a level on an Eng day during this period. Too close for my taste, I continued leveling that day using indicator ings. Not something I'd normally do, but it was too close to level to let it drop.
And finally (I think) is a skill I don't pay attention to, ever. I harvest what I need when I need it, and rarely pay attention to getting experience. Of course I do the two harv dailies regularly but when it comes to hourly harvs, I just harv what I need... be it amber, or be it low-level flowers.
And with that... um... yeah, adios. Crafting and Potion remain unleveled this time. I do mix SRs, and my own C1 rings which I eat like candy, but not enough to level, and not caring about levels for either for now.
I'll probably continue to not be as active as normal for the foreseeable future. But I'll be around.
Your overall level is now 161!
You advanced to level 129 and 130 of attack!
You advanced to level 129 and 130 of defense!
You advanced to level 135 of alchemy!
You advanced to level 89 through 92 of manufacturing!
You advanced to level 80 and 81 of magic!
You advanced to levels 56 through 62 of ranging!
Not bad... and definitely not cheap, hehe.

Right, tailoring. It's been on the wayside for the moment, as my gc has been poured into ranging and school day stock and more.

You advanced to level 67 of tailoring!
It'll likely not be leveled much in the coming months. Though I do plan to work on stock for a possible future tailoring day.

Not something I'd normally do, but it was too close to level to let it drop.
You advanced to level 102 of engineering!
You advanced to level 114 of harvesting!

My Lack of Interest in the Global Quest
Occasionally I post about stuff other than the usual leveling and hunting. And well, here's one.
And before I begin, this is NOT saying that the global should be removed. There are people who do it, and find it worth doing, and I'm not the kind of person who says something should go just because I don't do it. This is solely to explain why I've personally lost interest in it.
And before I begin, this is NOT saying that the global should be removed. There are people who do it, and find it worth doing, and I'm not the kind of person who says something should go just because I don't do it. This is solely to explain why I've personally lost interest in it.
There was a time I regularly participated in the global quest. From the very beginning... I was the one who first found the right NPC for it when it was introduced, I covered a lot of what was needed that first time, and was the first to find a worm.
Over time, it got less and less. These days it's regularly taking at least 2-4 days for it to get done.
Why is that?
I can't speak for all, but I can give my personal reasons in losing interest in it. So I'm only speaking for myself here.
"Get it done, now, or it's gone!"
If something is being done too slowly, or not as often as was expected, or even not at all, it means the players have found it to not be balanced value-wise.
This isn't the first thing with that threat of removal hanging over it, and a long time back when I finally realized it was becoming a regular thing for almost everything new that was added, I decided that once the threat of removal got put out there, my interest in it was over, it may as well be gone. I don't feel it's worth investing time, effort, and gc in doing something that's just going to be removed, or constantly be threatened with removal.
I don't play to be forced to focus on anything. I have what I want to do planned, and I'm not gonna stop it just because something else has to be rushed or "it'll be removed". I'd rather it be removed than that be a constant threat.
I don't comprehend the harm in it taking "longer than expected", or something being used less than expected, but... the interest is gone the second that happens. And it is happening on a regular basis for the global.
My interest had already waned (due to below reasons) in the global, but I was still helping with it a bit. Once the threats of removal started though, my interest died completely. I do what I want to do, as it's a game, not what I'm feeling forced into.
("ZOMG, he's complaining about radu!?!" ... Nope. I'm having an opinion on something I think doesn't belong in a game. I have nothing personal against radu. That doesn't mean I won't occasionally disagree with him. No two people agree on everything, that's called being human. My normal tendency is to go along with his game changes, as I've rarely complained about a game aspect.)
The Problem of What It Requires
Amber. MoPs. RVMs. Oranges. Scales.
The global is something that is supposed to be for "everyone's" benefit (though as I explain below, I don't really see the benefit personally).
However, the requirements for it don't fit the reward. High-level harvs that require high nexus that many won't get because it doesn't fit their "fighter" build. High-level potions that again are limited to only a select group of people to mix. Oranges, only available to a select group who do instances. Scales, again a limited group of people.
Someone mentioned on 6 that they thought the requirements for global should be something everyone could be involved in, and I very much agree with that.
"Difficult" does not have to mean rare or high level. 200k yellow roses for example: noone stocks these due to their lack of use, they're not directly close to a storage like the votd red roses, it would take time and effort to harvest that many... BUT, and this is the important part, ANYONE could help.
I do believe one of the serious issues with not so many wanting to help with the global is simply that it isn't designed to be able to be done by anyone who has benefit... anyone. There's just too much that's required that's on a more rare or high-level skill. While these could occasionally be required, the primary requirements for a global that (supposedly) is good for everyone should be able to be assisted with by most anyone. And not just by wasting away gc, as I don't think that's the purpose.
Yellow Roses. Black Roses. Cactus (do get used for DEs, but the weight adds to the difficulty but can be harved by most anyone). Wheat. There's 4 items alone that, if huge amounts were required, would make it difficult to do, but still anyone could help with.
Hell, tree shrooms. Yes, there's a lot of people currently having those in heavy stock atm, but that would eventually deplete, getting them out of the game, and there'd be a need to harvest them. Those would be limited to higher-level harvesters but we have a lot of them in-game, more importantly no nexus requirement.
The use of rare or hard to get items does eventually cause issues with gameplay. Just as grapes had to be removed for the global most recently as they were becoming too difficult to come by. Amber is hitting that state now. (And no, fighters, engineers should NOT have to give up THEIR use of it just because you want it, or the global wants it. We have just as much right to buy and stock it, as well as harv it for our own use, as you do. Your desire to have it does not negate others' need for it for other reasons.)
Simply put, yes, global should have some difficulty, but as it's something that's supposedly good for everyone, it should be primarily doable by everyone.
The Value of the Rewards
As I said, there are people interested in it, and doing it, so there are those in the game who find the rewards worthwhile.
I haven't though, in quite a while.
The reasons I don't find them worth the effort:
1- "wait less to do daily quests" - I'm a creature of habit. I do my dailies when I get up in the morning. Due to the time diff in game and real life, on a rare occasion I skip a day just to get it back to "my" morning time game day.
Being able to do them every 3 game days doesn't change that I do them once a day.
At best, I can use this to not have to skip a single day. But that's only if that happens to occur when I need to skip the day, which is a 1 in 4 chance.
Actual Value (for me): nothing
2- "fewer harvesting mini events" - I've been collecting a lot of experience and gc with these, since I do the overwhelming majority of my harvesting on red astro with a harv medallion, which makes for some peaceful non-stop harvesting.
This reward is actually a Big Negative in that respect. I get less gc, and less experience because of it.
When the latest harvesting perk was added, which invalidated this reward, I didn't hesitate to take the perk. It gave me that experience and gc back.
Actual Value (for me): nothing now, a bad thing before I took the harv perk
3- "More Special Days, and Less Bad Days" - This just isn't happening the way it claims. While it's just randomization at work, the last 4 times I saw this reward, we ended up with more bad days than when this wasn't in effect, and less good ones.
It needs to be tweaked. Badly. (Disclaimer: I haven't seen it since I was off for a couple months recently, so I don't know if it's changed since before that break. I've seen nothing in server updates.)
On top of that, I don't focus on special days. You never see me screaming for special ones. Yes, I stock for when school days happen, or engineering days, or whatever. But I'm in no rush for them, I just prepare for when they happen. Those days have thus far tended to happen less, or not at all, when this reward is in effect.
So I not only don't look forward to this reward, I actually hope it doesn't happen.
Actual Value (for me): a Negative. Or no value. Yeah, the latter I guess. With a possibility of being negative.
4- "Consume less food when we make items" - Okay, of the four, this is the only good one (for me).
And it, not that big a deal. Maybe if it was done in a manner where it was based on clicking the food instead of mixing an item, I'd regularly do the daily in hopes of getting this.
Why? The overwhelming majority of food I consume is during running, not mixing. Comparing to the overall amount of food I consume, saving some while mixing just isn't that much.
Compared to what is required to get (1 in 4 chance of) this reward, the cost is enormous, and it wouldn't take donating much to completely invalidate what is saved on food.
Actual Value (for me): Slightly positive
Overall result of rewards: Other than the last one, nothing I want or have use for. And the 4th being a 1 in 4 chance of showing up, and limited to mixing, makes it something I wouldn't lose sleep over losing.
And a reminder, as what tends to happen is some moron will get upset that I dare have different opinions than them, these are my opinions and only explaining my personal loss of interest in the global. I have no interest in seeing it removed... unless the threats of it being removed are gonna continue, of course.
The Cost of Doing It
I'll first give Kudos for grapes being removed due to their need elsewhere. Things do need to be tweaked sometimes, especially when other things are changed requiring items more in other ways.
It's supposed to be difficult and something everyone can participate in. But unfortunately that's not quite how things are.
The biggest holdups tend to be, in order:
1- Amber
* 30 action points gets you 2 pieces. Action Points are *incredibly* slow to regenerate. Potion of Action Points is way too expensive to be wasted on amber harvesting, their only regular use being for making books.
* Inorganic 6 is an extreme limiter in who can harvest it. Your average fighter for example tends to have at most Inorganic 2 to harvest iron/silver. This puts the burden on those who do heavy-harvest, and their limited action points.
* Harv 110 for amber as well limits who is going to actually try harvesting it to those that are Harv 90 or higher.
* Amber has regular usage for invances, and even more so, quite a few are using it for high-level engineer leveling, myself included. This has been keeping it off the market for quite some time. Even those of us using it for non-global reasons are having a difficult time getting any.
The end result: Asking for 1200 amber every 10 days is damn near impossible.
And no, as long as I need it for other reasons, there's no way in hell I'm going to give up any stash of it I get for a global that I get essentially nothing out of. I need it for other reasons... and by the way, one huge GO FUCK YOURSELF to a few who complained about that. I don't care. I need it for my own reasons, and they are no less valid than yours, they're part of the game. Nobody is stopping you from trying to stock up for your precious global in the same way that I stock it for my own precious engineering. I'm not the first to do it, I know several who have, and I know I'm not the last, or even the only doing it right now.
One of the fuckers who dared complain to me about that also was against my idea on the forums of the fast regen perk/cape slightly speeding up AP regeneration, because we didn't need faster AP. Hey, moron, here's your need. And if you can't harvest amber yourself because you don't want to "waste PP's" on Inorganic 6... again, I don't care about your opinion, since you're not contributing to the supply at all.
2- 50 ref veg mixes (or mix of powers)
This is where many *could* get involved, but don't. A huge part of the burdon of this ends up being put on the backs of those who have earned their high potion level and have the nexus to mix these.
There are of course some who'll help harvest for these and I don't want to take away credit for those. But it does tend to be left to potioners to waste their time harvesting the incredible amount of flowers needed for these potions.
Not to mention the feran horn collecting for the MoPs.
The difficulty is fine, it's the few number of people willing to help harv that makes this problematic.
Oddly enough, gypsum, fruits, and other such directly-asked-for items don't have this problem as much.
Let's remember as well... all of this has to be done *every 10 days* (on threat of removal, *has* to be done).
Sorry... no. I just don't see the value in it, personally. And as such, I lost interest.
A final reminder, for those individuals who can't grasp basic concepts well... this is not stating that the global should be gone, it is solely explaining why I personally lost interest in it. I'm aware of those who do find it worthwhile, and wouldn't request something be removed that others find useful.
Over time, it got less and less. These days it's regularly taking at least 2-4 days for it to get done.
Why is that?
I can't speak for all, but I can give my personal reasons in losing interest in it. So I'm only speaking for myself here.
"Get it done, now, or it's gone!"

The Latest Round of Price Whining
Seems to be a new wave of complaints about more recent price changes.
Focus: 1) Instance drop item prices dropping. 2) General use fighter items such as HEs and SRs costing more. 3) Nexus Removal stone price hikes.
I'll look at each of those individually...
1) Instance drop items - With the load of people farming instances, this is just simply "No shit, Sherlock".
Start flooding the market for an item that is only an occasional buy at best, there's too many, people have to lower their price to be more attractive for a sale compared to others.
The people complaining about this primarily are of course the instance farmers, since they're the ones losing money with each trip they make.
With any luck, instances will hit the point of unprofitably soon enough and the farmers will actually have to do something in the game instead.
2) Basic items (HEs/SRs/EnEs/MatEs/etc) prices going up.
I warned you people about this last year, but only few paid attention. The rest were too driven by greed to care. Now they're paying for it, and whining about what they did to themselves.
How were you warned? The boneheads that caused the sudden hike of silver prices from 2 to 2.5 are the reason for this.
I started a campaign to boycott these people. I along with others continued to sell silver at 2gc in an attempt to keep this from happening, as we understood what it would mean to the economics of the game to have such a hike on a base item.
But in the end, there were too many greedy boneheads. I have since had to accept the price hike as it became the standard.
You greedy boneheads who helped increase the cost of this one base item are at fault for all essie/bar price hikes. Even stuff not including silver.
And as such, you have no right to complain about price hikes of mixed stuff.
Silver increase directly caused price increases for HEs, LEs, and EnEs. And of course, silver bars.
Because silver became more profitable to harv than things like diamonds and iron, those things got harved less, until their prices also got hiked making them more profitable.
Which in turn increased the price of AEs as well as iron/steel bars, which in turn increased the price of S2Es, which in turn increased the price of hydro bars.
That one silver ore price hike caused price hikes around the board.
Add to this: The primary used essies such as HEs and EnEs give no chance of a rare item. This alone makes them less made than some other lesser-used essies. Fighters pushing to get these essies at lower prices get pissed when they can't, but don't grasp that they caused the hike selling silver for a higher price before, and there's not so many people providing these essies in the first place.
Matter Essies alone have seen a drastic hike due to both iron price increase and lack of quartz ings available forcing them all to be harved. (Anyone using the "well, there's places you can harv all 4 ings together" line to excuse wanting a cheaper price on these needs to be shot. The time it takes to make these is from the harving, not their location.)
So for things like HEs... the boneheads who increased the silver price, the lack of players massively making these, and the overwhelming need for them for fighters has all combined to increase the cost of them.
Similar combos of reasons can be found for other items as well.
Next time you wanna whine about the increased cost of essies/bars and such, figure out what you were doing when some of us were trying to keep this from happening by boycotting the 2.5gc silver sellers.
3) Nexus Removal Stone price drastically increasing.
I've read it all... there's people actually claiming it's the "greedy harvers" who find them that have caused this hike.
The truth: It's the buyers.
Many moons ago, I decided that Human 10 wasn't worth the cape and removed 3 to get Human 7 instead. At that time, I paid 350kgc each for the Human Removal Stones.
350kgc. This was less than 2 years ago.
Along came a bunch of gc buyers and such, buying up all these stones. Setting their bots to buy at the (at the time) outragous price of 700kgc, keeping that increasing as others battled to buy them as well.
Those price hikes? Certainly not the harvers. Those who find a nexus stone sell it at what they can best get for it. And it was the buyers offering to buy them at these prices, without the finder even having to set a price.
Those prices being offered to buy them just kept going up. Add to that, some other greedy types who'd buy them at the current high price on their bot, and sell them on the bot for yet another 100k. Again, not the person who found the stone's doing but greedy in-betweens.
A couple months ago I found a nexus stone. My very first and only in 2.5 years of harvesting with over 9.5million items harvested.
It sold for 950kgc. I set that as a buy-it-now price, but offered it in auction at 700kgc start. People hiked their bids directly up to 850kgc without trying lower first, until eventually the stone sold at the 950kgc after only a few hours available.
My fault as the person who found it? Hardly. Auctions allow those who are buying to determine the price. If it gets sold at an outrageous price, it's the player who bought it at that price to "blame", not me.
And these same players complaining about the nexus stone cost also tend to be instance-farmers, where we're starting to regularly see nexus stones come into the game. Funny, the price isn't going down because of them.

Eternal Alchemist...
Been off and on a lot of late, but still regularly playing.
Seem to have gained a primary focus on alchemy, even though it's the hardest skill for me to level these days. (Takes about 65k HEs to get a level, for example. With goddess.)
Been pumping out essies like a madman, trading them for various ings, pumping out more.
HEs and EnEs being the primary ones since they go fast. Matter, Life, and even Death essies to a smaller extent.
Yeah, bars give more exp, but getting the ings can take more time. I trade essies for whatever essie ings I can get and mix those instead.
To good work... Just got Alchemy level 122 yesterday. (Sorry, no screenie.)
Got more plans that will see to more alchemy exp (and even exp in other skills) in the near future. Whatever that can be done to reduce the amount of time spent harving ings.
GC is not a priority in this, trading primarily for ings. However, I do still sell some essies on my bot to keep some gc coming in. Still have to buy things like books. Less than 40 left to read!
BTW... I am not a heavy chatter. I have a select few people I normally talk to, and of course my fellow moderators. Otherwise I'm heavily occupied trying to actually play when I have time. I do not have time to play "500 questions" with anyone. Just because I write this blog doesn't mean I want to sit and chat about it all day, every day. If you have comments on a post, there's a means of posting those here. I have had to take to ignoring people who constantly pester me about this in-game. Which could be detrimental to such people should they actually need me for a moderator issue.

Stats, Part 1
Well over 2.5 years into game play, thought I'd take a closer look at my stats, and where they are going from here...
Part 1 of I dunno... looking at a few at a time.
Harvesting

Holy crap I've harved a lot. And in variety too, hehe. 9.4 million items harvested total thus far.
1) Iron of course at the top due to motherloads of S2Es (iron/steel bars), energy essence, and so forth. Will likely continue to rise heavily.
2) BSFs have been heavily used for both the usual SRs as well as Blue Dye for leveling Tailoring. Won't be rising so much in the near future as I'm not focusing on potion and planning to try other methods for tailoring leveling.
3) Sunflowers got there primarily due to BRs when I was heavily leveling Potion. Though a chunk of course went to mixing LEs. They may continue to be harvested in the near future, though for tailoring, otherwise they'll be stagnant for a while.
4) Silver is always needed. I've mixed over 400k HEs which alone explains the harvesting. I've obviously bought a lot as well if I've mixed that much. Add to that silver for bars to make rings and a motherload of moon medallions when I was leveling Crafting... this will continue to heavily rise.
5) Coal - The necessity of bars. I harvest when I need it, which is regularly.
6) Chrysanthemums - HEs... will continue to rise in extreme amounts.
7) Red Rose - My days of mixing FEs myself are essentially over, so these are no longer harvested. However, I may need them for tailoring so they may go up a bit.
8) Red Snapdragons - No longer mixing FEs, so no longer harvesting these.
9) Sulfur - May go up in small amounts as needed for things outside of FEs. Blackpowder and such. No remarkable amounts will be needed though.
10) Lilacs - Of course, mixing as many magic ess as possible to work on alchemy level, but not dependant on those for leveling. These, along with impatiens and emeralds, will continue to be harved at steady levels.
I have a use for most everything, so only a handful of things won't continue to be regularly or ever harved.
Kills

Rather than list out everything, I put green dots next to creatures that I regularly attack these days.
Some for training (desert chims and things on that level), some for drops (still need a rare book that pandas and pumas drop for example), and still others I regularly kick because they happen to be on the same map as something else I'm attacking.
These days my "training" is not really happening, with most a/d coming solely from dailies.
Of course I'll get back to it in the future, but for now mixing is top priority.
Enough for now...

The Road to 100
Had a lot of harvesting to do the other day. Out of sheer boredom, I decided to do something while harving... see what it would take to get my non-100+ skills to 100.
Particularly, cost-wise.
Att, Def, Alch, Pot and Harv are all over 100. That leaves 7 that aren't.
Ranging - Intentionally left out as it's not easily calculable. Way too many varying factors. And well, it would obviously be blatantly expensive anyway. There's a reason noone has reached Ranging 100 yet.
So with ranging left out, I still had 6 skills to check.
COST NOTE: Costs below are "ideal". That is, if there are no lost ings during the mixing. Of course there's always lost ings, so the actual cost is more than what is shown.
TOTAL ITEMS NOTE: Again, "ideal" using only one item. I of course mix things other than helms in manu (for the daily, for example). And I teleport and heal a lot which would reduce the number of spells needed for the leveling examples below.
Listed as determined to be easiest to hardest, based on cost, ings required, and time it would take to do it.
1 - Manufacturing - Current level 72
WITH MANU GOD!
Cheapest method to get to 100 was of course mixing helms and selling them to Trik. The cost of leather, thread, and food is more than Trik pays, so it's still a loss, but not bad compared to schools.
That leather, thread, and FPs are all NPC-purchasable made this the easiest of the skills left to level as well, as there's no concern on finding or self-harving ings.
Selling to Trik, I determined I'd need to make 526,178 helms. The cost of getting to level 100 would be 1,846,885gc. Oh, and it would take 4349 trips from storage to Trik to mix helms at the NPC.
School would be faster of course, with "only" 263,089 helms to make. However, the cost of poofing the ings for those is 6,185,222gc. More than triple the cost of doing them at Trik.
With a tight budget like mine, the cheaper though longer route is better.
2- Crafting - Current Level 69
WITHOUT GOD! (Determined that my god plans for the future had no way to include crafting god in any reasonable amount of time.)
Fastest route to 100 here is moon medallions, selling them to the NPC.
This would entail mixing 168,502 moon medallions, incuding experience from polishing the sapphires and making the silver medallions.
Purchasing all ingredients and food for the process would be an 18gc per medallion loss. That's a total of 3,033,636gc. Almost double the helms at Trik.
Of course, I do a lot of self-harving so that gc amount would be drastically lower.
Glacmor rings were considered but rejected as my craft level is about the rec level of making them, which means a motherload of lost ings. Maybe in the 90's...
Just polishing saps and selling them to the NPC was also considered but dropped as being too costly unless WEs were self-harved and made. And as a 121 alcher I don't want to waste all that time harving and mixing low-level WEs.
3- Summoning - Current Level 51
WITH GOD!
This one surprised me. I was expecting much worse than I determined.
Yeah, it's bad, but not as bad as I thought.
White Tiger Stones are the obvious choice here. It would take 105,034 stones ideally to get to level 100.
If gypsum was bought at storage, it would cost 2,730,884gc with selling the stones to the NPC.
That's less than the crafting! However, this is ideal. In reality, that much gypsum doesn't get sold at storage so there'd actually be a lot of self-harving.
Buying all ings except for the gypsum, there'd actually be a 74gc profit per stone, though it would also mean 5,252 trips from storage to gypsum to mix at the gypsum.
That's a total profit of 7,772,516gc.
Still, I ranked this one lower than crafting due to all the gypsum runs, which are a nuisance.
4- Engineering - Current Level 61
WITH GOD! (Because I already have this god)
The cheapest method here is surely the slowest one. That is, Harvest/Degrade Indicators where turqoise is self-harved. Turq however is extremely slow to harvest, and you can plan almost an hour doing a full-emu trip to harvest and mix at the turquoise.
It would require mixing 235,992 H/D indicators.
If all ings (and food) except turqoise were purchased, there'd be a profit in that.
However, harving over 1.1 million turqoise doesn't sound like a good time to say the least. If you could "ideally" buy it on market instead at the common 4.5gc price (which, face it, you'll never find that much on market) it would be a loss of 4,129,860gc.
I decided a second option to be better, though a bit more costly... Point Defense mixed in the Eng school.
269,923 point defenses in the Eng school would have an ing cost (at current market prices) of 4,723,653gc.
I chose this as the better option because, being a 121 alcher, I'd harv/buy ings and mix the EnEs required myself. Even buying the ings and food for those, I'd save 1,349,615gc bringing the point defense cost down to "just" 3,374,038gc.
Still, ranking it below some of the other skills at that would still take a lot of time. (Of course, School Days getting 3x exp would be nice, but I don't rely on such days actually happening when I'm online.)
5- Magic - Current Level 73
WITH GOD!
Mana draining by itself is of course the well-known cheapest option. However, that's a PvP solution, and as most know I do not do any form of PK or PvP.
There's always MD-ing desert chims while training on them, but that's still incredibly slow and I just don't train that much these days anyway.
So I came up with an alternate option, one which I have already used before to get at least 30 magic levels.
That is: Grizzly Spawn - MD 30 mana from the bear, kill the bear, Radiation Shield which takes 30 mana. Repeat.
This works great as the bear gives the exact amount of mana needed, and bear respawn time is incredibly fast.
At my level, it would take doing 60,732 grizzlies. That's 60,732 mana drains and 60,732 radiation shields.
Total cost of the essies: 9,170,532gc
However, that's a lot of bear furs to sell too ;) The essies used provide enough space to pick up the full bear drop.
Of course, as a high-level alcher I'd wanna mix all the essies myself, which would make the cost much less. That would mean 240k+ magic essies mixed, a sweet alching thought for experience as well as EME chances.
BTW, if I did MD-ing like most PvPers, it would be 138,678 mana drains at a cost of 8,320,068gc for the essies. Less than 1 million difference.
6 - Tailoring - Current Level 39
(No god exists at this time.)
Wow. Yeah, ranging is probably more expensive. But Tailoring was more expensive than all 5 of the above skills combined!
It would take 1,073,053 blue dyes, or 1,430,737 orange dyes to get to 100 ideally.
Orange Dyes are considered as they're the only ones that don't require saltpeter, making them easier to mix.
Blue Dyes were considered because their flower ingredient is the easiest to harv. Doing these would mean a lot of engineering as well due to the saltpeter.
In the end, I decided to kill thoughts of blue dyes as I determined I'd be better off cost-wise doing orange dyes, and doing the aforementioned point defenses in the eng school to get my eng level up.
With all bought ingredients, and selling the orange dyes to the NPC, the total cost would be: 44,352,847gc
Holy crap...
It would also mean 20,030,718 each of red roses and sunflowers.
The cost of course could be brought down by self-harving, but hell, look at the number of flowers to harv!
And yes, that's sadly the cheapest way to level tailoring. :P
The blue dyes, btw, buying ings and mixing own saltpeter, would cost over 63 million gc.
Well, that's it for that fun. Not really a necessary entry, just something trivial I did for giggles.

The Brief Update...
Had another short period of offline time, but back today, heh.
I made some changes in my path since I last wrote.
1) Focusing on mix skills.
I may go kick chims as a break from mixing and harving, but not planning to do any a/d training for a while. Sometimes as an all-rounder some skills get prioritized over others, and I got a ton I want to do with mix skills. So taking a break from a/d training.
2) Dropped Defense god, took up Manu god.
To go along with my mix focus. I really wanna get the perk that comes with finishing the manu tutorial. In order to get it, I need at least 20 more manu levels, and as well I'm reading a ton of manu books (dragon armor construction) to prepare for it.
3) "Burn found an Animal Removal Stone."
Found one, sold it for 950kgc the same day. Spent the majority of the gc the same day...
a) Bought 30 Archery AP potions (which will take me to the maximum 60 AP when I use them. Waiting for the special day to use them so I might save a few, sell the remains on my bot.)
b) Bought 120kgc worth of manu books.
c) Bought a steel set to eventually degrade and break for the armor breaking quest.
d) Stocked some NPC-only supplies.
In the end, was left with about 100kgc of the 950kgc, 2 hours after getting the gc. :P
All-rounders just can't keep money around, hehe.
I've also killed Lenny about 8 times since my last entry, with hopes that a Lenny achievement had been added. No messages.
But, I haven't logged in yet, and I see that there's new achievements on a server update today. Here's hoping... :P

Two Years of EL!
I don't recall the exact date of when I started playing, only that it was around the end of April/beginning of May in 2008. So this is approximate. ;)
I did a "One Year of EL" entry last year, and this is the follow-up. Basically seeing how far I've come along since then.
Not as far as I could have, I guess, since I was pretty much out of EL for about two months this year, and at least another month or so I was only sporadically logging in.
As an all-rounder, I look at everything of course. So this entry will likely be quite long. :)
Skills
Attack/Defense (111/111) (since last year: +19/+20)
Training continues to be a sporadic thing for me. I have to really be in the mood to do it. There were periods over the past year that I did a lot of it though.
I currently train on Desert Chims. Forest chims can be trained on during good astro at least, but I don't mess with them much for now.
I'd been doing up to 4 DCs at a time in Bethel when they were available. Kinda stopped after I hit the ignore level for them though. Yeah, I can use mana drain and such to get multi, but I can't be bothered. At least, not for now.
Of late, my a/d experience has been coming primarily from Haidir daily quests.
Harvest (101) (since last year: +12)
I actively got harv points whenever I could, up until I hit harv 100. Since then, I've pretty much stopped caring about leveling this skill, so I just take points off whatever I happen to be harvesting at the time, no matter how low points they are.
Also doing 2 harvest daily quests every day I'm in the game now, to help compensate for that.
But this skill is essentially dead to me now that I've hit the highest rec level for any item.
Alchemy (118) (since last year: +14)
I was heavily alching for a long time to get myself up to this level. As of this writing the only skill I am a top 10 player in.
My alching the past year consisted primarily of HEs, silver bars for own use for crafting, and iron/steel bars for making S2Es. I of course did other alching as needed.
These days, my primary alching is HEs (which I tend to sell quite a many of on my bot), and silver bars for crafting, as I have the crafting god.
I have abandoned making FEs completely, buying them instead via my bot as needed. WEs are semi-abandoned. My bot buys them, and that tends to keep me stocked, but I'll make some if I need them.
Magic (72) (since last year: +19)
I got the magic god for quite a while, and did some heavy leveling of this skill during that time.
My preferred means of leveling this skill was a combination of mana drain and radiation shields.
I would do a radiation shield, then mana drain a grizzly in Nordcarn. And repeat. This also set me up with a nice stock of bear furs for eventual summon use making stones.
I am no longer doing this, focusing on other skills for now.
Potion (105) (since last year: +10)
My first year of play, potioning got a heavy priority, and was pretty quickly leveled.
That spilled over to this year, but then I dropped the goddess in order to work on other skills.
These days, I only do stuff "as needed". This primarily means SRs, both for sale on my bot, and my own stock which is needed for summon stones.
Summoning (51) (since last year: +22)
This is one of the skills that I currently have the God for. A good thing considering the amount of work involved just to get this skill leveled.
I have been mixing bear summon stones with furs I gained leveling magic. I should shortly be moving up to making spider stones.
Actual summoning is a rare occurance, mostly when I'm bored.
Manufacturing (71) (since last year: +7)
I've paid very little attention to this skill the past year. A couple times I intentionally went for a level. Others I used the School Day for triple exp to get levels.
But in general, not really working on this skill.
Not because I don't want to, just that it's high enough for the time being and I've had other gc-sink skills to work on. ;)
I do plan to do a boost for this skill at some point in the near future, likely taking the god again in the process.
But besides making my own S2Es, I've done very little outside of the usual leather helms for leveling.
Crafting (67) (since last year: +26)
A skill I've more heavily worked on this past year. I've had the Crafting god for quite a while now.
My primary means of leveling is the combo of polished sapphires, silver medallions, and finally moon medallions. This combo, with lots of self-harvesting, allows for leveling to be a positive gc experience.
As well, I've been almost non-stop reading Crafting experience books, esp. since I have the god which means an extra 16% experience off the books as well.
The plan is to continue leveling this, at the least up to level 80, though making it my next 100+ skill may lead to continuing to have the god for quite a while.
Engineering (55) (since last year: +18)
Another decently-leveled skill the past year. I've had the engineering god for a while now, and plan to keep him until at least level 80, particularly because of how much it cost to get this god in the first place.
Primary means of leveling: ashes-saltpetre. The saltpetre eventually gets good use in making dyes for tailoring.
I also do indicator stone projects on occasion, though I have to be really in the mood to do that as I self-harv the turquoise which leads to that being a very slow way to level.
Tailoring (37) (since last year: +10)
This is a frikkin' hard skill to level! I made sure to get a level or two on occasion though, as it is my lowest-leveled skill which is a nasty sight to an all-rounder like myself.
At this very point in my game play, I'm actually focusing on getting 3 more levels, in order to accomplish a goal of getting all my skills at 40+.
Blue dyes are pretty much exclusively made. I have 150k BSFs in storage for making them.
Ranging (44) (since last year: +10)
My second-lowest-leveled skill. Not as difficult as tailoring to level, just requires a motherload of gc which I rarely have.
I train exclusively in the Grubani ranging arena. And on the Ranging special day, I'm always found there if I'm online at all.
I've gotten my Archery AP up to 30 now, halfway to maximum, and planning to continue raising it all the way up to 60.
Shapeshifting
I was a fully leveled mule already this time last year.
The phoenix has been introduced since. It was introduced just before I left the game for a couple months though. And as well, the glyphs aren't makeable still so I have only used one due to their cost. With which I overnighted to get my first phoenix level, possibly second as I didn't see my level before I ran out of food.
Planning to fully level the phoenix though, of course. Part of being an all-rounder. :P
Guilds
Last year, I'd had a "non-guild" I created called Lonr. For loners only, people who prefer to play on their own and just want a tag so people will stop asking them to join guilds.
I grew tired of that, gave the non-guild away to someone else who was using it, and have been guildless since.
And no intention of joining any guild anytime soon. I play quite well on my own.
Moderator
I was asked to (and accepted the offer to) become a game moderator. I'm currently a "low-level" moderator, which gives me access to some commands. I am always on the lookout for any issues that may require a moderator, but they're fortunately not that often so most of the time I end up watching various chats and making sure questions in help channels get answered.
Well, that's about it, I think. Until next year...

Still Around!
Realized I hadn't posted in a while, so doing that to show I haven't gone and disappeared again, hehe.
I've been in the game at least 5 days a week, but normally for just a few hours each day at most due to real life occupying a lot of my time.
During this time, my focus has been mainly to get the daily quests done first, which I've been doing regularly. After that, harving stock and doing some alchemy, primarily HEs to sell on my bot.
Reading crafting experience books constantly. Got a crafting level from those the other day. I always seem to miss taking a screenshot when those happen via a book though, heh.
Um... really not much else to tell for now. I've slowly gotten myself adjusted back to playing, and now it's just a matter of getting the time to do so.
But I'm here, I'm active, and I'm not going anywhere. :)

Mostly an Alcher...
While I'm trying to work on levels where I can, seems to mostly be crafting and summoning that are being forced the attention.
This because of my bot IWannaRock's ability to buy endless supplies of FEs and LEs. Even had to turn off his purchases for a few days because I couldn't keep up with them.
The LEs of course to be used for summoning stones. I'm on hold with those at the moment as I work up a load of SRs. 50k wine muled in MM yesterday, got all the ings I need to mix 6k SRs, just gotta mix them.
Then mix the stones. Really gotta be in the mood to do those. But still got 4k+ bear furs to mix bear stones, then I'm switching to spider stones. Should be at a decent enough summon level by then that the fails aren't too horrible for them.
As for Crafting... had a load of polished emeralds, just needed the silver meds to go with them to mix moon medallions. And I've been focusing on that a lot the past few days.
The combination of that and reading Big Books of Crafting has been doing wonders for my crafting level, including hitting Craft Level 59 yesterday. No screenie since it caught me by surprise as I forgot I was reading the book again, heh.
But that's primarily what the FEs I've been buying has been going towards of late, mixing silver bars for crafting.
They're supposed to be going to hydro bars for gc making as well, something I need to get back into doing. Made 8 bars the other day and sold them, allowing my bot to be able to start buying essies again, but need more. Esp. if I'm ever going to get my Archery AP up to 60 as planned. Still need to buy 37 potions for that.
But alching seems to be mostly what I'm doing these days, out of necessity. Mixing essies to sell (HE and EnE mostly), mixing silver bars... er, yeah.
At this rate, my next alch level will come sooner than my last one. Down to "just" 1.9 million experience to go for that.
Current goals: Mix iron/steel bars to work on more S2Es, and mix SRs for summon stones. My old "goal list" has been pretty much abandoned and I'm working on something that's more flexible and will still get me to work on all my skills, albeit at different paces. The gc-loss skills like ranging and tailoring will definitely not see as much being done at least until I get my Archery AP 60 goal finished.

Still Here, Still Mixing and Harving, Hehe
Last few days has been mostly harving with bouts of potion mixing.
Working on two things primarily, that is getting half a potion level, and earning some gc in the process. Got a chunk of gc that'll likely disappear today with a bid on an auction.
So tons of BRs and SRs, and continuing that today.
Spent a bit of time yesterday in the invasion. By the time I got around to it it was mostly hunting down stragglers on various maps. So didn't actually do much even if I did spend a lot of time combing several maps.
Woke up and logged on today to several people PMing me that don't normally PM me. Some interesting news, but I'll wait till it's complete before saying anything here, hehe.
Current goals:
1- Finish getting up to half a potion level (not an easy task these days)
2- Get an engineering level (primarily on mixing saltpeter for...)
3- Get a tailoring level
After which I'll likely MD some more bears and get back to work on another batch of S2Es.
Dunno if I'll a/d train in the coming days, but I might for the OA experience. Down to 2.3 million to go for an OA level now.

S2E-making, and testing training
Most of yesterday was spent on the coal, then bag-mixing iron/steel bars at the iron.
Still got a bit more to go on that. Sitting at the iron again now as I write this.
Testing A/D Training
The thing keeping me from dropping the attack god, as mentioned before, is the very good chance my attack level will go way too far below my defense level.
I've decided to go with removing 4 pp's from other attributes and moving them to physique. Those combined with the pp I currently have waiting and the next OA one I get will put me at 48/48 p/c.
That's good for my emu too.... mmmm, fully-leveled mule with full emu.
I already moved 2 pp's last night, getting me to 44/48. Just need to move 2 more, and get 3.5 million OA experience more to get the last two.
But I went out and tested fluffies, feros, and DCs this morning, just to see my current status on all of them, and particularly which training would be best for keeping my attack level not too far below my defense, while at the same time giving the best OA.
The tests included weaponless, bone, or low-level weapon (up to tit long) depending on which was lowest that would kill the best training-wise. It was also done on 10 monsters in a row, single spawn, to get a better "average" idea rather than relying on just the results from hitting one.
I also needed to look at "just how much" attack experience I was getting over defense, since I'd be getting 20% less attack experience in the future.
Fluffy
1) weaponless (1 diss) - 268.5k OA/hr, 30% more att than def
2) iron sword (no diss) - 198.5k OA/hr, 32% more att than def
(bone was deemed useless)
Feros
1) weaponless (2 diss) - 322.5k OA/hr, more def than att :/
2) bone (1 diss) - 297.3k OA/hr, more def than att :/
3) tit long (no diss) - 224k OA/hr, more def than att :/
Desert Chim
1) iron broad sword (1 diss) - 297.2k OA/hr, 17% more att than def
(weaponless and bone led to much higher def than att, so skipped them)
So at this point, DC gives 17% more attack than defense, but if I remove the attack god, defense will be more.
Fluffies on the other hand, even if I dropped attack god, would still give more attack than defense. However, even weaponless training on them is pretty low compared to feros, OA-wise.
The "more def than att" on the feros isn't THAT much more, so I'll still be training on those for now. But once attack god is gone, they won't be an option.
I need to see how things go after I get p/c up to 48/48, and maybe even a couple levels more on a/d. DCs are close to being what I need, just not quite there yet.
We'll see. Meanwhile I'm obviously keeping the attack god a while longer. No rush.

Harv and Mix, Plus Thinking Things Out
When actually doing stuff yesterday, it was harving and mixing for another round of 500 bears to mana drain (and do radiation shields between). That's 8k essies total so it takes a while to stock, heh.
Gives a lot of time to think... specifically, about the god changes I've been considering my past few posts, and their affect on my normal gameplay as well as skills.
On Removing the Attack God
Before I lose the attack god, I need to consider the effect on my training. I've been heavily relying on the attack god to keep my attack level close to my defense level. With attack god, I get close to the same attack experience as defense in my current training on feros.
Another player has told me they get about equal attack and defense on desert chims, and they have the defense god. However, that player is also 6-7 a/d levels above me, and has a different build attribute-wise.
If I didn't have either god and was able to get my levels/atts to a similar enough status, the possibility exists I'd get more att than def? That would actually not be a bad thing at all, since I'm still 1 att level lower than def. Doing that and even getting attack a level or 3 higher than defense wouldn't hurt, since I'll likely end up with defense god again at some point (for the OAs).
And of course, some training using a real weapon of some sort might help keep attack from going too far below defense. Last resort though, as I don't like that thought, and I'd have to plan training around others as I won't be one of those idiots that runs around hitting every spawn with a sword while others are trying to train "properly".
(I've only resorted to swords once since I started properly training, and that was before lions/armed orcs were adjusted and I went straight from ogres to cyclops. I went to the clops too soon, just to get away from the constant battles with other players over ogre spawns, and that required a sword. As people seem to hate training clops it wasn't a big deal though, since there were always free clops spawns, barring sun tzu.)
I won't be removing the attack god just yet. I still plan to, as I need to in order to better work on my lower-level skills, but
Pickpoints and Attributes
With the thoughts on training and dropping attack god, I've also been considering whether moving some pickpoints around would be a good idea.
Honestly haven't thought hard on this yet. I'm not a PKer so my pickpoints are best spent attribute-wise on a combination that works best for my current training level and mixing.
Mixing/Harving: EMU is the priority, with rationality a secondary factor. So high p/c and other points spent in reasoning and will.
Mana: Currently more than enough for what I do. Will works for me.
Training: Still 42/48 p/c. Decent reasoning.
I currently have 6 each for instinct and vitality. Dunno why I even put 2 pp's each on those.
My original plan was to not touch my pp's, instead all future OA pp's would be placed on physique until I was 48/48 p/c... which means I'd have 48/48 when I got to OA 141.
Contemplating changing that to: On OA 137, get 2 more physique. Use instinct/vitality removal stones to drop those back down to 4, and put them on physique to get 48/48 p/c sooner.
I think I can actually hear some of the pure fighters screaming about my attribute handling, hehe. But keep in mind (1) I don't PK, ever, I only train and that's mostly for OAs, and (2) My build takes mixing/harving and thus EMU into heavy consideration as I am an all-rounder.
Still got 4.7 million OA to go to mull that over, and no plans to a/d train so that'll take a while to get. And probably need 2-3 more a/d levels before removing the attack god...
If I do go with the removal stone option, dunno how I'll handle future OA pickpoints. Hadn't planned past 48/48. But they'll probably go on whatever will help keep my attack experience as close to defense experience as possible.
"The Other Skills"
I actually had a "very loose" plan that allowed for doing what I wanted, but helped ensure I got something done in every skill.
The plan actually was working quite well, was keeping my lower skills going, and I didn't have to follow it strictly (that would be boring). It served more as a reminder than a plan, actually.
However, I'm realising more and more, especially now as I think of God changes, that the Gods I currently have aren't factored into that plan.
I mean, I got the magic god, I should be doing as much magic as possible while I have him, so I can switch it to something else as soon as possible. Just an example.
So I'm rethinking my plans... this'll take a while. I want to keep all skills moving along (with the exception of ranging which is on temporary hold until maybe around the time my tailoring level catches up to it), with focus more on god-skills.
I don't plan training (a/d) into this, nor alchemy (it levels on its own as discussed in a previous post), nor harvest (not even trying to level it right now, it just happens when it happens). The plan is for all the other skills... mix, mix, mix, hehe.
Potion leveling may also be taken out of "the plan", once I get into the top 10 potioners and drop the god. I'll still be potioning, but a lot less intentional focus on it. I'll still be making tons of SRs for myself (for summoning, making stones) and to sell on my bot. As well, BRs when possible... "for the gc".
The "plan" also includes "non-skill" things like buying nexus (when to mix S2Es and such).
Working on that now, hopefully have something better to work with.
Meanwhile, back to mixing essies for the magic leveling... probably hit the bears again later today.

Doing What to Level What...
Boredom as I harv 800 iron + 800 of each quartz for 800 matter essies. This is one of those entries I write just to be able to look back at "where I was then".
Since I work (at least some) on leveling each skill, this is where I'm at for working on each...
Attack/Defense (103/104)
Feros training. I could possibly hit desert chims at this point, at least with good astro, but feros are better for resource usage for now.
Ranging (38)
Limited to using the ranging arena. And of all my skills, this one's being the most ignored at this time. I plan to get back into it later.
Crafting (48)
Polishing sapphires and making silver medallions, to turn into moon medallions.
Harvesting (95)
Not really intentionally leveling this anymore. I aim for the highest points of whatever I'm currently needing.
I've hit the dung on 3x harv special day, that's about all I've done to push this skill along.
And of course if I'm busy doing non-EL stuff I may sit myself down and harv ogre toes or chanterelles, always needed for stock for later use on school days for some killer potion experience.
Tailoring (31)
Blue dyes, almost exclusively. Never did get into making orange dyes despite them not needing saltpeter. Or maybe because of that... saltpeter still does a lot in increasing my eng level.
Engineering (42)
Ashes -> Saltpeter, mostly as needed for tailoring.
Harv/degrade indicators specifically for leveling this skill.
Manufacturing (65)
I haven't been intentionally leveling this of late, though plan to work more on it soon.
Leather helms, obviously, either at Trik or in the school depending on my gc status.
Most of late has been from making S2Es for nexus buying, which in itself isn't much.
Summoning (35)
Now that I got my 5 Animal nexus, it's nothing but bear summon stones.
Magic (60)
Primarily Mana Drain and Radiation Shields. (Use a radiation shield which takes 30 mana, mana drain a bear for 30 mana, repeat.)
Standard restoring during a/d training and such, and of course I use the portal room for most all travel.
Potion (101)
Primarily BRs and more recently making more SRs due to selling them on IWannaRock bot as well as needing a lot more myself for bear summon stones.
Also make almost any potion on an as-need basis.
Stocking the three shrooms needed for Chan-Ogre-Tree extracts, wasting those away in the school during School Day for a major potion level boost.
Alchemy (110)
There's no attempting to force levels on this these days. It's not needed, the levels come on their own via:
- LEs for bear summon stones (Summoning)
- FEs / Iron Bars / Steel Bars / Hydro Bars for S2Es (Nexus buying/Manu)
- WEs for polishing saps + FEs / Silver Bars for making silver medallions (Crafting)
- AEs / MatEs / MagEs / EnEs for mana drain / radiation shields (Magic)
- HEs for feros (Attack/Defense)
- FEs for ashes (Engineering needed for Tailoring)
- WEs for dyes (Tailoring)
And that's just the short list with the primary alching that's done, heh.
Anyway, that's what I'm currently up to doing in each skill. Just so I can look back in 6 months or so and say, "wow, was I really doing that?" or such, hehe.

Some Current Stats, Volume 2
Back in February, I posted some of my "top 10" and bottom 10 stats, just for the heck of it, and something I could look back at and see how things have changed.
Here it is, almost 6 months later. Curious, so here I go again, hehe.
<<>> means position hasn't changed
(####) Numbers in parentheses are how many I've done according to stats
Top 10 Kills
1- Male Ogre (8852) <<>>
2- Cyclops (4122) <<>>
3- Feros (3404) (wasn't in top 10 before, was training on clops then)
4- Fluffy Rabbit (2281) (wasn't in top 10 before, was training on clops then)
5- Troll (2153) (down 2 spots)
6- Gargoyle (1979) (down 2 spots)
7- Feran (1888) <<>>
8- Wolf (1770) (up 2 spots)
9- Snake (1564) (down 4 spots)
10- Male Goblin (1415) (down 4 spots)
Feros/Fluffies joined the list since I've trained on them since last check. Feran kills nearly doubled, got to have those horns for potting! Wolves have gone up since I've been kicking them while MD-ing bears, harving in VotD, etc., as I've needed furs for summoning. Nothing much else is a big change.
Grizzly Bears are up to 1.1k killed, and I plan to do a LOT more with my magic training and collecting their furs for summon stones. I bet in another 6 months they'll be one of my top 5 kills. Otherwise unless I get on desert chim training soon, I don't expect too much difference.
Bottom 10 kills
(Excluding Instance-only creatures)
10- Gentoo Penguin (26)
9- Yeti (24)
8- Shy Rat (22)
7- Leonard (alpha) (22)
6- Leprechaun (20)
5- Sslessar (16)
4- Invisible Rat (10)
3- Giant (10)
2- Mountain Chimeran (3)
1- Cockatrice (1)
No big surprises there. Cockatrice and Giants were ranging kills. The rest by fighting.
Top 10 Harvests
I have almost 5.6 million items harvested in total now.
1- Sunflower (616,131) <<>>
2- Iron Ore (365,451) (up 4 spots)
3- Coal (361,340) (up 4 spots)
4- Red Rose (330,178) <<>>
5- Red Snapdragons (330,709)
6- Lilacs (289,411) (down 4 spots)
7- Sulfur (286,597) (up 2 spots)
8- Silver Ore (285,536) (wasn't in previous top 10)
9- Blue Star Flower (228,169) (up 1 spot)
10- Impatiens (208,305) (down 7 spots)
Sunflowers have doubled in total number harvested in the past 6 months. Unsurprising considering the number of BR potions I make, as you'll see below, heh.
The biggest changes come pretty much directly from buying Nexus. Making all those S2Es myself, including harving the ings has brought iron, coal, and FE ings up greatly.
Meanwhile, ings for Magic essies have dropped greatly, as I rely less on them for leveling since doing the S2E projects. I still make them on occasion, even need some for magic training now so those may rise again.
Not gonna bother with bottom 10 harvests. They're pretty much the same, with hydrogenium ore rising thanks to my nexus buying project. It'll soon be out of my bottom ten.
Top 10 Alchemy
1- Fire Essence (332,234) <<>>
2- Magic Essence (186,691) <<>>
3- Health Essence (175,335) <<>>
4- Energy Essence (75,630) (up 1 spot)
5- Life Essence (57,102) (down 1 spot)
6- Water Essence (49,787) (up 1 spot)
7- Steel Bar (36,161) (wasn't in previous top 10)
8- Earth Essence (36,028) (down 2 spots)
9- Air Essence (24,027) <<>>
10- Matter Essence (20,287) <<>>
No surprises. S2Es have gotten steel bars into the list. Silver bars may join them if I continue my crafting. I expect Earth essies to drop out of the top 10 soon considering that, and my newly found need for air essies. (And matter, energy, magic essies as well since I'm doing a lot of radiation shields as well.)
I doubt anything will ever get FEs out of the #1 spot though. *sigh* I hate making those things these days...
Top 10 Potions
1- Body Restoration (324,587) <<>>
2- Spirit Restoration (34,288) <<>>
3- Creature Food (12,840) (up 1 spot)
4- Feasting Potion (9,106) (down 1 spot)

6- Mana (2,577) <<>>
7- Minor Healing (2,020) <<>>
8- Chan-Ogre-Tree extract (1,479) <<>>
9- Currant-Bberry-Rue extract (1,124) (wasn't in top 10 before)
10- Nightshade-Mullein-Dandelion extract (1,121) <<>>
Number of BRs made has doubled. Nice gc and nice experience = nice to make, hehe.
SRs will be made in much higher numbers in the near future as I make my own to make summoning stones. Market is saturated with them so they're not as easy to sell as they may have used to be, so most get made for my own use, with a few sales here and there. Sum Stones will demand a lot more be made, naturally.
Feasting Potions... I haven't made a single one since last time. Buy them instead. I'd say it would drop out of the top 10 but nothing below it gets made heavily enough to do that.
Nothing else has really changed. The extracts will move around a bit but essentially stay together as I make them all equally, give or take a few.
The only big exception is the shroom extracts... I've actually mixed a lot more than shown, just that they are now done these days in the Potion school, and those don't get added to the stats.
I stopped there last time, since my other charts weren't developed very well. But.. I think I'll throw in a few more this time that have fleshed out a bit more, hehe. Just FTR.
Top 10 Breakages
1- Mortar & Pestle (1,211)
2- Pickaxe (921)
3- Bones (290)
4- Aug Leather Pants (170)
5- Leather Gloves (164)
6- Needle (105)
7- Leather Boots (92)
8- Aug Leather Armor (59)
9- Training Arrows (52)
10- Iron Helm (23)
Of the above, aug sets, leather boots, and iron helms are essentially never used by me these days so I expect them to drop. Leather Gloves and the top 3 are pretty much the only things that I use that break regularly now.
The M&P count is no surprise considering I'm at Potion 101 now. I expect that to rise drastically over the coming 6 months.
Top 10 Crafting
1- Polished Sapphire (5,103)
2- Thread (4,724)
3- Silver Medallion (4,179)

6- Empty Vial (1,227)
7- Silver Ring (808)
8- Polished Ruby (793)
9- Polished Diamond (639)
10- Gold Ring (403)
Can't imagine it being much different than other crafters. Pol Saps and Moon Meds for leveling. Thread for beginner leveling.
I don't make thread or vials anymore, so I expect those will drop. Eventually.
Top 10 Manufacturing
1- Leather Helms (30,038) (plus a motherload of them in the manu school that aren't counted)
2- S2E swords (1,823)
3- Leather Gloves (504)
4- Iron Sword (261)
5- Leather Pants (258)
6- Aug Leather Pants (186)
7- Ring Mold (178)
8- Medallion Mold (141)
9- Steel Chain Mail (116)
10- Aug Leather Armor (114)
With only a minor exception here and there, my manu-ing is limited to helms and S2Es these days. I expect these charts to look pretty much the same in another 6 months.
Top 10 Spells
1- Restore (13,649)
2- Portal Room (4,852)
3- Heal (1,820)
4- Radiation Shield (1,322)
5- Mana Drain (976)
6- Shield (866)
7- Remote Heal (407)
8- Tele 2 Range (302)
9- Magic Immunity (226)
10- Harm (149)
Only used 6 other spells, though I have the sigils for all of them.
Restore will always be #1 obviously.
Portal Room, Mana Drain, and Rad Shield will continue to rise. As I'm using the latter 2 for power magic leveling, it's possible they may outdo portal room visits.
The rest are... rare use. Remote Heals on occasion in VotD while harving for newbie harvers, and Harm is a favorite for Lenny. Tele 2 Range has almost no use, but does happen on occasion.
Other than that, pretty much no use of any other spells.
Top 10 Summons
1- Boar (2,298)
2- Snake (1,465)
3- Wolf (1,069)

6- Rabbit (361)
7- Deer (177)
8- Beaver (145)
9- Racoon (100)
10- Skunk (86)
Only 4 more others on the list. I expect these won't change much, wolf may go up to second place.
The big change will be summoning stones. I expect the top 2 will be bear and spider stones in 6 more months time.
Top 10 Engineering
1- Ashes (16,134)
2- Saltpeter (7,693)
3- Rope (4,545)
4- A/D Indicator (2,287)
5- Harvest/Degrade Indicator (952)
6- Make Rare/Fail Indicator (85)
7- Poisoned Caltrop (30)
8- Blackpowder (16)
9- Nail (6)
10- Accuracy/Magic Indicator (4)
11- Criticals Indicator (3)
Went ahead and added the 11th because, well, there were only 11 in the entire list.
Ashes/Saltpeter will continue to rise as I continue doing tailoring.
Harv/Deg indicators are my primary leveling source these days, so they'll go up dramatically.
Ropes will continue to be made until I tire of them, for the indicators.

3- Yellow Dye (688)

6-10 don't exist. 30 levels and only made 5 things. Gotta... love it?
Anyway, that's it for this time. Check back in 6 months? If I remember, heh.
Here it is, almost 6 months later. Curious, so here I go again, hehe.

Top 10 Kills
1- Male Ogre (8852) <<>>
2- Cyclops (4122) <<>>
3- Feros (3404) (wasn't in top 10 before, was training on clops then)
4- Fluffy Rabbit (2281) (wasn't in top 10 before, was training on clops then)
5- Troll (2153) (down 2 spots)
6- Gargoyle (1979) (down 2 spots)
7- Feran (1888) <<>>
8- Wolf (1770) (up 2 spots)
9- Snake (1564) (down 4 spots)
10- Male Goblin (1415) (down 4 spots)
Feros/Fluffies joined the list since I've trained on them since last check. Feran kills nearly doubled, got to have those horns for potting! Wolves have gone up since I've been kicking them while MD-ing bears, harving in VotD, etc., as I've needed furs for summoning. Nothing much else is a big change.
Grizzly Bears are up to 1.1k killed, and I plan to do a LOT more with my magic training and collecting their furs for summon stones. I bet in another 6 months they'll be one of my top 5 kills. Otherwise unless I get on desert chim training soon, I don't expect too much difference.
Bottom 10 kills
(Excluding Instance-only creatures)
10- Gentoo Penguin (26)
9- Yeti (24)
8- Shy Rat (22)
7- Leonard (alpha) (22)
6- Leprechaun (20)
5- Sslessar (16)
4- Invisible Rat (10)
3- Giant (10)
2- Mountain Chimeran (3)
1- Cockatrice (1)
No big surprises there. Cockatrice and Giants were ranging kills. The rest by fighting.
Top 10 Harvests
I have almost 5.6 million items harvested in total now.
1- Sunflower (616,131) <<>>
2- Iron Ore (365,451) (up 4 spots)
3- Coal (361,340) (up 4 spots)
4- Red Rose (330,178) <<>>
5- Red Snapdragons (330,709)
6- Lilacs (289,411) (down 4 spots)
7- Sulfur (286,597) (up 2 spots)
8- Silver Ore (285,536) (wasn't in previous top 10)
9- Blue Star Flower (228,169) (up 1 spot)
10- Impatiens (208,305) (down 7 spots)
Sunflowers have doubled in total number harvested in the past 6 months. Unsurprising considering the number of BR potions I make, as you'll see below, heh.
The biggest changes come pretty much directly from buying Nexus. Making all those S2Es myself, including harving the ings has brought iron, coal, and FE ings up greatly.
Meanwhile, ings for Magic essies have dropped greatly, as I rely less on them for leveling since doing the S2E projects. I still make them on occasion, even need some for magic training now so those may rise again.
Not gonna bother with bottom 10 harvests. They're pretty much the same, with hydrogenium ore rising thanks to my nexus buying project. It'll soon be out of my bottom ten.
